Help with tracking

Post by clownstyle »

Hi all,

Just a quick question I have RE the activity on my tracking:

If my package was ready to deliver on the 23/11 why is it back at NW Midlands Mail Centre > or does that mean it's leaving the mail centre today, on route to Kingswinford DO?

Confused

2016-11-24 07:10 NW Midlands Mail Centre, Accepted at Outward Mail Centre
2016-11-23 06:59 Kingswinford DO, Ready For Delivery
2016-11-23 05:20 Sales Order Raised
2016-11-23 05:06 NW Midlands Mail Centre, Accepted at Inward Mail Centre
2016-11-22 12:47 South Midlands Mail Centre, Accepted at Outward Mail Centre

Sometimes tracking points appear at the wrong time, it may be that the postie's scanning device was broken and so they had to manually input the data later. Did you receive your item today?

Unfortunately not. In fact, I didn't see the postie at all today! Oh well, fingers crossed for tomorrow :)
