Hello,
I have just registered to see if I can get some help with a problem I have with a parcel
I have sent the parcel with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed on the 17/11 and the tracking shows it arrived in Heathrow on the 18/11. After that there are no more updates in almost one week. This seems very strange. What could be the issue with this delivery ?

The usual - Customs delays at either the sending end or the receiving end, in either case neither updates tracking so nothing will show till the receiving postal operator scans it.
