I don't know if you can offer any advice but it would be great if you can
I have sent a parcel to a customer that hasn't arrived and it seems to have gone into a void between UK and Spain where RM say it has been passed over and Correos say they don't have it
Is there anything that I can do to find out where it is?
I can't replace the item for the customer so I am really keen to find the parcel - thanks in advance

As per the UK, its probably stuck in their Customs. For some reason all Borders and Customs processes for all European countries have been suffering backlogs for 12 - 18 months.
Although its an EU country items still need to be checked for legal, security and other issues. Not all items are checked but if a batch is selected all items in that batch are delayed.
Currently, 4 weeks is not unheard of in the UK, Spain may be having similar delays.
To add now its outside the UK, and probably in Spanish Customs, there is no way to actually check that physically.
