Hoping you can help!
This is my second order from the same company in America, first one as soon as it landed in the UK i had within 3 days.
This one has been stuck at Heathrow since the 4th August with the statement "Your item departed a transfer airport in Heathrow, London, UNITED KINGDOM on August 4, 2016 at 12:40 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination."
I can't get help from anywhere on whats happening with this, please can you advise?!

Yes. USPS are unique in that they scan a lot of items as they come off the aircraft at Heathrow and before they pass them to customs.
Thats probably where it is now. Not all things get checked by customs, but some stuff is, when they do checks a batch/consignment it can take a fair while. Once its in Royal Mails system you should start seeing scans again. All I can suggest is to be patient, some stuff has taken 4 weeks to get through, although that is a worst case scenario.
