Surely you get an amount equal to what it says in the picture? i.e if you've been employed for less than 2 years, you get 2 weeks PILON?TrueBlueTerrier wrote:24601 wrote:It's 12 weeks
it is if you are entitled to 12 weeks notice.
Pay in Lieu of notice is 9 weeks to 12 weeks pay dependant on length of service
so if you have done less than 9 years service you get 9 weeks Pilon
10 years = 10 weeks
11 Years = 11 weeks
+12 years = 12 weeks/

12.4 Formal Notice Period
Retirement on ill health grounds in both cases will be subject to normal
contractual notice of termination of employment or 9 weeks notice whichever
is the greater (9 weeks notice will also apply to employees on trial where they
are being terminated on ill health grounds). This will be with pay.
