First day Covers Pink Floyd

invoice ID RM-2589014-4415187
I ordered this on the 1st July it comprises of two collections classic and prestige, i have waited to give RM a chance to deliver it, i then got it touch via complaints where my mail etc on the 13th July, my classic collection arrived 16th July, my complaints procedure was passed onto the Philatelic dept to investigate,
I have not received anything via email to say who is dealing or what has happened to my collection.

i have spent a lot of money to two collections from what i thought was a first class company the service i am getting in not really any service let alone first class.
could you please look into this for me perhaps you could kick a back side or two.

Regards
Andy

Sorry can't kick any backsides, though sometimes I wish we could. We are not an official Royal Mail site, we are just a forum for people that work for them, or the Post Office.

However, we do have a few Post Office staff who post on here, perhaps when they have finished work they may be able to offer advice.

I think this is a Royal Mail issue, not a Post Office issue. It sounds like Andy bought his items from this online shop:
