Parcel arrived/wrong postcode!
Just wanted to say thank you, particularly to Baldrick, as finally my parcel arrived today! It took three weeks but it got there! (The address was correct, but the postcode was not). My daughter and I are so happy and the advice on this forum meant we never gave up hope of a successful delivery in the end. In future, unless I am really not too worried, I will always use Special Delivery. I had no idea previously that this mail was hand-sorted and tracked throughout. Signed For seems a bit unnecessary over regular 1st class unless you are serving official papers or something that the recipient might say they haven't got. But anyway, we're so pleased the parcel eventually got delivered in the end. The Posties did a good job to send it winging the right way in the end!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
