I have a problem in that I do not understand why a package being sent from Heathrow to Tenerife would be tracked as being on a flight to Madrid Airport and then returned to Greenford Mail Centre.

Does anyone have any idea why the might be? The senders say it is probably being returned to them. The package was small and contained RAM for a computer.

Yes, probably being returned and some scans seems to have be not done overseas.

Can anyone let me know why a parcel sent from Spain to the UK would end up at the Greenford Mail Centre?
Every parcel that I have ever recieved from abroad has always gonre through Heathrow on to Bristol and then Yate
It's odd as eBay tracking says that it has been sent via NL Tracking which I am guessing is Netherlands Post?
It is only a model car that cost 15.00 Euros which is about £12.71
