Hello,
I hope someone can shed some light here.. I've ordered some stuff from EBay. Seller sent the parcel on the 28th June. Last scan shows that package leaves Warsaw on the 29th and that's where info ends. Seller says the parcel defo is on HWDC and that there are massive delays.... Is there a chance that this package never left Poland? I mean it's not like is flying around UK for last 8 days?

I've got this tracking:

Package sent from Poland 2016-06-29 22:08 WER Warszawa
Package acceptance 2016-07-07 19:58 LANGLEY HWDC
Which seems to show that it has reached UK customs, where there are considerable delays. It's a bit strange that it took over a week from leaving Poland to reaching Langley, normally delays happen at the next stage. I used this website to get the tracking: http://www.track-trace.com/post" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
You bought this item from an eBay seller in an EU country, therefore it is legally the responsibility of the sender to get the item to you in the time stated - the failure of their subcontractors (the national postal services) is not your problem. If the item fails to reach you in the time stated, put a claim in on eBay.

Hi. Same problem here. RR450064353PL Left poland 16of june. After a week in transit arrived at langley hwdc 23rd and then stuck.
Still waiting for my package. 4 weeks now.

If it was sent on the 16th then tomorrow it will be 5 weeks since it was sent, at which point the sender can claim for loss in most countries. If you bought this item off eBay, it's time to make a claim.
