I have rung and rung and rung the Royal Mail Fishponds post office in Bristol and no one will answer! It is important

Sorry can't help we aren't Royal Mail or the Post Office - just a forum for people who work there, or customers who want advice. However, they may be busy dealing with a queue. If its important try the national number 03457 777 888 they will send a request to Fishponds if they can't sort it themselves.

Just to clarify, are you trying to call the Post Office or the Royal Mail office? They are very different things.
