Hello, my package left the usa to france but it landed in england to get custom cleared. It was shipped by landmark global and the last event took place on june 10th:

It seems to be stuck at the processing center for 10 days.. Do you know how i can get more information or if my package is lost? Thank you

That doesn't look like it's using a Royal Mail group service so you are likely to get limited information from this site. Also, if it's going to France it needs to go through their customs when it gets there. You need to talk to the sender.

Landmark Global have a hub in Heston so I would contact them, it looks as though its staying within their system, not Royal Mails or La Poste
