It will be Emirates post so you collect it with your normal post.

BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE my package. No one in my office has. I work inside a mall, I've already checked with security. No one has received it. If it was handed over to a local courier, it wouldn't show delivered right?? This has made me so confused. I need help.Item: RZ126111664GB

yes they are ones saying its delivered.
However as I don't think Emirates Post actually do house to house deliveries, unless you subscribe to their relatively new service, (5 years now) have you checked with where you collect your normal post.
