So basically I ordered something last Saturday, and yesterday I received a text from Royal Mail saying th following:
Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your item (tracking number) from MEDICHEM INTERNATIONAL(MAN)LTD today. For tracking please visit royalmail.com/track-your-item.
So I went to track my item and it said:
Item: (tracking number)
Via: Royal Mail Tracked Signed For™
Status: It's on its way.
We received item (tracking number) at Canterbury DO on the 2016-06-03. The item is now ready for delivery.
So it already arrived at Canterbury and is ready to be delivered to my house, right?
I waited for it yesterday but it didn't come. Today I check the tracking and it still says the above,
But then it says :
Date: 04-JUN-2016
Time: 07:45
Status: Accepted at Outward Mail Centre
Track point: Medway Mail Centre
What does this mean? Does it mean that my parcel went back? When will I receive it?

Can you copy and paste the actual tracking statuses. Or even just the tracking number, it will help us decipher what its saying.
However we are not an official channel so don't take what we say as gospel.

Well, I am stumped, to be honest, there is no sign its gone out on delivery (as in no delivery attempt) and no scan to explain why. It does seem to be going back to the sender unless they sent it to the wrong office it does not make sense. Though I guess you are local to Canterbury.
Personally, I recommend contacting Royal Mail on Monday and ask for an explanation, they have access to a better tracking system than we do so they may help. There is still an outside chance that they returned it to the Mail Centre by accident and if so hopefully delivery will happen on Monday - Just before you contact Royal Mail check the tracking again and that should give an indication if its going to be delivered Monday.

Thank you for your help! And yeah it was already in Canterbury and I live in Canterbury so I thought it would arrive :/ i just checked if i gave them the right adress and post code, and everythings in the right order so Im not sure whats happening :/
