PRN Number?

Post by suley »

Hi All,

I recently sent a parcel Second Class and printed the label myself at home and sent out. It had some QR code and a PRN number on it, can this be tracked or traced to see if it was delivered

Not unless you:

1. Paid the extra for signed for and
2. Took the item to the Post Office so they could apply a barcode and scan it into the system.

That would not give it full tracking, but it would allow you to confirm delivery: for full tracking, buy Special Delivery.

However, at an unspecified date this year, the QR code (if printed clearly) will be scanned and a delivery confirmation will be issued.

Unfortunately, the details of how the delivery confirmation will get to you haven't been passed down to us street pounders yet. :Very Happy
