I am expecting a small package from a seller in UK to Taiwan. It has been stuck in the same status as following since 4/28:
"Your item, posted on 26/04/16 with reference RQ304164351GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in TAIWAN."
Is it normal? Anyone knows what's going on? Thanks in advance for any help provided.
