Morning all!
I have package from USA, posted by USPS first class on 3/5/16. Latest USPS tracking event is
May 7, 2016 , 9:36 am
Departed
London, UNITED KINGDOM
Your item departed a transfer airport in Heathrow, London, UNITED KINGDOM on May 7, 2016 at 9:36 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.
However the next step would usually be "Processed through Sort facility" a which point id then be able to track on RM website as the tracking number migrates over to the UK system.
However, 6 days after arrival and apparent departure from Heathrow its not made it as far as any sort facility and the usps tracking doesn't come up on RM tracking.
Does anyone have any advice or views on what's going on here? Should it be treated as lost now? Is this usual or unusual delay. I've never seen this happen before and had loads of stuff from USA.
Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Nothing unusual unfortunately, more than likely stuck in customs, it can take upto 5 or 6 weeks to clear them at times

This is what has happened to me to!
My package left California on the 3/5/16 and reached HWDC (Heathrow London) on the 6th, and its still there!
I have no idea whether i will ever get my package :(
I've even contacted royal mail and there is nothing they can do about it until its in there hands.
It is so annoying.
Any idea how long it can take ?!?!
