The Italian consulate told me that they posted a doc Via Royal Mail signed for but I still waiting for that

Problem with Royal Mail
Moved into Customers forum.
I would contact RM customer services on Tuesday morning, and the Embassy as well, for advice.
Certainly 5 weeks is too long and RM should be able to advise your next step.
