Completely misunderstanding the point again.

Also, I don't know why you keep going on about being 'late'. A delivery my be later than it usually is, that doesn't make it late. If you usually get your mail between 8am and 1pm, you are lucky, but when it arrives at 2 or 3 pm once, it's not late and you have no reason at all the complain. You even admit you were told it would be delivered between 8 and 6. It was, so it wasn't late.

The customer doesn't want advice or insight and isn't taking on board what posties who do the job daily, are pointing out and seemingly just wants to rant.

As this is a forum for mainly Postal Workers I will close down threads where I believe there is a chance colleagues may end up in serious trouble. In this case, I believe this is more than justified.

To be absolutely clear, I can and will ban anyone who I think may present a risk to the future employment of members of this site.

Any threads on this same subject will be deleted
