Hi, i am awaiting a parcel with tracking number RV001826945CN - all the tracking information shows is that is has been in Heathrow DC since the 16th March.
Can you advise what the hold up is, or if my item has been despatched but tracking info not updated?
Cheers,
David.

We can't give you a definitive answer because we are not an official site (there is a note to this effect on every page).
However, unofficially it's probably in customs being checked. At the moment 4 - 6 weeks delay is not unusual.

In addition to what TBT said, after 5 weeks the sender needs to put in a claim for loss - and from what you say, 5 weeks might be up now. If it's something you bought, you need to be starting the claim process with the seller.

Now I have worked out how to get tracking I see it's been 5 weeks and 2 days, so definitely time to claim.

If they don't play ball, you could try getting a refund via PayPal or a chargeback from your debit/credit card provider.
If you had bought this from an EU based website it would be easy to get your money back, but unfortunately those protections do not extend outside the EU.
