Hi, On 19th March I sent some very important documents to spain using international tracked and signed, was told it would take 3 days. The number is RN030769097GB, The last information I can get on it is on 20/03/16 AM on its way to tobarajas spain, the receivers have not received it and no one can track it. A whole house purchase relies heavily on these documents and am now passed myself as i was told tracked and signed was the safest option and now no one seems to know where it is. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated, thank you

I have checked all the tracking options I can think of and you are right, it has disappeared after being put on the plane. This is consistent with it being stuck in customs, a problem affecting many countries at the moment.

Sadly, this is incorrect. International Tracked & Signed won't take 3 days, it is expected to take 3 days. There is no maximum, and the time estimates do not allow for customs delays, which are beyond the control of the mail services. International Tracked & Signed is the third fastest service that the Post Office sells to the public (though the faster services, Express & Priority, are only sold in larger branches). If you think that you have been mis-sold this service then you should complain to Post Office customer services on 03457 22 33 44. Though I'm afraid this won't help get your parcel to it's destination, nothing will.
