what the following means? (I don't have a PO Box)

Any help would be much appreciated.

2 possibilities - you have a Po Box at EDINBURGH EAST PDO and its waiting there - unlikely you wouldn't be here asking.
The other more likely one is that the value of the item is over the import allowance and sometime soon you'll receive a VAT Due notice. When you do instructions on collection and payment will be on card.
