Hi. Im just new to the site and not a worker. I am looking for a parcel that i ordered from china on the 31st of jan 2016. I got no tracking info from amazon so i emailed the company that send my parcel and they give me a tracking number. The parcel was just updated last night that it had arrived in langley uk. I need the parcel asap (like b4 thursday 24th march 2016). Tracking number is RQ973422446CN. Would anybody be able to help me please im starting to get really worried its not goin to be here ontime.

The next thing that will happen is that your parcel will need to clear UK customs and this could take some time, and there is no way of hurrying it up. Sorry.
I would advise that you look at getting a refund from the seller: check the terms and conditions, but I would not have thought that 6 weeks are reasonable. If you had bought from an EU website then you would be pretty much guaranteed to get a refund, but you don't have the same rights when ordering from outside the EU. Though if you used PayPal you might be able to get them to intervene.
