Hi all,
I'm actually the sender here and I'm dealing with a very irate online buyer so bare with me
I have a parcel that was sent from Australia on the 15th of December.
All has been fine with regular Christmas delays. Both I and the buyer were aware that could be the case.
However the tracking number that is supposed to work on royal mails website does not work, and it has been nearly two weeks since the parcel was last placed in Heathrow.
I read in some other posts that parcels may experience delays of up to 3 weeks but it will be approaching the end of 3 weeks at the end of this coming week.
I'm waking up to messages every day complaining about delayed postage and other things beyond my control so I'm starting to pull teeth.
The tracking number for the article if anyone is able to help is this; RQ047111738AU

The delay will be because of customs and nobody can hurry them.
