Can anyone tell me what the issue could be with this item. Its tracked 24 so should of arrived yesterday. Its going to Northern Ireland but it hasn't even left the first mail centre.

Question to the Royal Mail people on here: it appears to be sent using Postage Paid Impressions*, is Tracked 24 actually available to those customers? I thought that PPI senders could only use the same services available to retail customers?
*I say this because it was scanned in at a Post Office counter and then a sales order was raised the next day, I think that this is PPI.

Tracked and PPI are completely separate products. To use Tracked companies have to send more then a certain amount of mail, can't rmember if it's per month or per year
