Fail delivery attempt lies?

Hi I've been waiting forever for my parcel. And saw the tracking and said prepared for delivery this morning at 9 am so I sat in all day and missed work.then the tracking said attempt delivery at 4pm sent back to depo.I cannot belive these ass holes. Nobody attempt to deliver my parcel.no letter though the letter box nothing.where the hell is my parcel how can I get it.and yes the sender did put my correct address on the parcel he sent me a pic of the label.please help parcelforce are clowns

15.42pm Lol they didn't make no attempt to deliver I was watching out the window lol no slip though door.parcelforce are dirty liars.can i collect it from my local post office as this is getting stupid now

If you start making ridiculous accusations then we are less likely to help. If the driver had stolen it then he wouldn't have scanned it and left evidence behind, would he?

The standard practice is for Parcelforce to take undelivered items to your local Post Office for you to collect there. However, there are a number of reasons why the driver may not have done this, such as the parcel being quite large or the local Post Office being too small to accept any parcels or the local Post Office currently having all of their storage space full of parcels (it's a fairly busy time of year for this as loads of people buy sale items online over Christmas). So if you ask, you might be disappointed, particularly as the people you speak to at PFW customer services don't have any knowledge of these local conditions, they just accept all requests regardless. It's been put on the van for delivery tomorrow, so if you are in any way you might as well wait for it. Getting it sent to the local PO will add a day to the process.

If you really think that the driver is lying then you should complain to PFW, I think they can tell where he/she has been from the data on their PDA. But you should ask yourself why they would go to the bother of making two trips plus all the extra loading, unloading and scanning just to be "lazy", the driver would actually be increasing their workload not decreasing it.

Look u don't understand or you have not read what I wrote.they did not try to deliver the parcel or post a slip in the door today .but tracking says they tried to deliver at 3.45.that's bs and lies ok.so If I lose another's days wage staying in again tommrow and they lie and say they tried to deliver yet not put slip through door or deliver then what the hell do I do.they lied already once what's to say they won't make up bs tommrow

Yes, I did read your posts. But as I thought I made it clear in mine, it is ridiculous to accuse the PFW driver of lying because that would be making a load of extra work for themselves. And you called them "lazy". It's far more likely that they accidentally got the wrong address (and yes I note your comment about having a photo of the address).

It might have been tried at the wrong address by mistake. I suggest you ring the depot tomorrow at 08.00 and explain politely your situation.

They also have to get the right door, which is actually a lot harder. Especially in London, where old properties have been split into multiple flats.

And Then they lie about attempted delivery because they would need to put a slip through the door if they really attempted delivery.

If they mistakenly got the wrong address then the card wouldn't have been put through your door, would it?

Do you live in a block of flats with a security door? or door with a buzzer at the main entrance etc? there's lots of legimate reasons why a delivery can fail, some even can mean no card being left at your address or even knocking on your door,

firstly Heathrow staff were all theifs now the delivery staff are lazy and clowns, we are not defending them we as having exerience in these matters know exactly what sort of issues we encounter on a daily basis, there are lots and lots of reasons why this delivery could fail yet you seem to blame the delivery driver without knowing any facts on why it failed that's unfair
