Hi :) I've tied Googling this info but nothing seems to be coming up, so hopefully someone can give me an idea of what's happening :)

I have a parcel that's come from the US, last tracked via USPS at "Your item departed a transfer airport in Heathrow, London, UNITED KINGDOM on November 13, 2015 at 12:04 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

If it has LEFT Heathrow, but Royal Mail have no record of it (the guy I spoke to swore it would be scanned in straight away) and customs have no record of it either (same deal).... where would it currently be? Or better yet, who would be handling it?

Or is the tracking slightly wrong and actually it's still in Heathrow and I could be waiting a while to see it?

I would really appreciate any insight you could give me in to this. The company have said they'd send out another package for me but honestly, if this one is going to turn up I don't want to have to deal with the hassle of having two of them and having to send one back (it is a small family-run business and I would feel awful keeping it. Also, I don't want or need two of them!).

Until customs release an item it won't get any scans, btw use http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for checking the tracking on the Royal Mail side, it gives more details

I think none of us will get our parcels.who is taking our stuff usps?how can they steal from us like this
