Hi,
My mum posted an item for me on the 22 Nov and on the 29th of November it says Your item departed a transfer airport in Heathrow, London, UNITED KINGDOM on November 29, 2015 at 10:56 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.
But theres no evidence from royal mail.
has my parcel been lost? ):

Its going through Customs - if stuff comes through USPS it seems as though they scan it before passing it on to them, also because of the Christmas Rush there is a delay in clearing customs at the moment.

Did you ever get your parcel? Mine is stuck in Heathrow as of 29/11, too... exactly the same...
