Customer service Phone number

Hi

I am looking for Royal Mail customer service phone number to check the status of my international signed letter, since tracking is not showing any progress , can some one help me!

Is there any customer service phone number for Edinburgh!

0345 774 0740 and its a national number you could get any RM call Centre, you can't get specific ones.

Also as far as I know there is no call centre in Edinburgh.

TODAY I GOT A DIRECT NUMBER (no recorded voice instructions and pressing numbers) TO RM CALL CENTRE, WHICH IS 03456092609.
