Hi,
Just wondering what the delays are like at the moment. I'm an OBA/PPI user selling on eBay. Over late November/December I've had a few sacks of parcels seemingly go missing or misplaced for about a week before customers all reporting they had received them. I take my sacks to a local post office in Stoke-on-Trent where I believe they are then sent to Wolverhampton sorting office just wondering if there is any backlog at the moment.
The strange thing is I have items sent via 1st class signed for from the 14th December that have are showing as delivered then ones sent from as far back as 29th November still without any tracking information to say what has happened to them.
My question is, when there is a backlog do the older sacks get pushed to the back whilst recent mail gets pushed through? as i'm at a complete loss as to whats happening with a lot of my parcels at the moment.
