Hello, I've two parcels coming from the UK and one of it was posted on the 3rd of Dec. When I tracked it on the 4th, it says "On it's way" and there has been no updates since? Same goes for my other parcel but it was posted earlier on the 7th. So what does "On it's way" mean exactly?

"On it's way" means that they put it on the plane. In most countries there isn't another tracking point until the item has cleared customs, and customs tend to be busy at this time of year.

Just beware the 7th was last posting date for Xmas so it may arrive very close to xmas

According to the tracking it's already in Singapore, as the tracking point is in Singapore, if it had just been loaded on the plane then the tracking point would be HWDC.Snaggletooth wrote:"On it's way" means that they put it on the plane. It left Warrington on the evening of the third, arrived HWDC on the morning of the 4th, then marked "on it's way" later on the morning of the 4th. There is no way that it could physically be in Sing on the same morning that it was in Heathrow due to the distance and time difference, so it must have been physically in the UK at that tracking point.
