New here, need some advice!
Hi I'm waiting on a parcel and currently it appears to be in Heathrow, can someone tell me from the tracking if this has been through customs yet and how long delivery should take? Tracking code is RC182295275HR.

RR752722904PL - is either on its way through Europe to get to the UK or is going through Customs. However I don't think this is a tracked end to end service so it may just turn up without any other tracking.
RC182295275HR - looks like it is going through Customs but as it only got there Saturday it could be a while with Christmas fast approaching. Ideally you should get it this week, and almost certainly before Christmas, but no promises.

Nice surprise RC182295275HR was delivered this morning ! Don't understand why postage from Croatia takes around 1 week, my parcel from Poland was posted before and still isn't here

Hi again, anyone got any idea why the item is taking so long from Poland yet the parcel from Croatia arrived in less than a week ?
