Hi. I have registered on the site in the hope that i may be able to find out where an A4 size parcel containing important documents regarding residency may be. It was sent (tracked and signed) from NW England on the 16th November along with another slightly larger parcel. The larger parcel wasn't tracked and signed but in any case was delivered in Auckland on the 22nd November. Days passed and the tracked parcel did not turn up so i checked with "track and trace" which says...
16/11/15 16:43 SENT AT POST OFFICE
16/11/15 19:33 ITEM COLLECTED PRESTON MAIL CENTRE
16/11/15 20:05 ON ITS WAY TO HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC PRESTON MAIL CENTRE
17/11/15 04:53 ARRIVED (MDN) AT HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
17/11/15 AM ON ITS WAY TO AUCKLAND NEW ZEALAND
"Your item, posted on 16/11/15 with reference RN094069***GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in NEW ZEALAND".
I rang the New Zealand postal service on the 1st Dec and they say a parcel with that tracking number has definately not arrived in NZ. Not sure what to do next as the post office offer no help as they say it is out of their hands. Can anyone be of assistance in this? I am worried about ID fraud or such like. Thanks.

Re: Mail to New Zealand
From that tracking it's in New Zealand, best guess is that it's stuck in New Zealand customs
