Hello everyone, I have a package that was suppose to arrive from china,
but the last update i got on 17Track is:
2015-11-04 04:55 HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC, ARRIVED IN THE UK .
So today is 2015-11-29. which is 25 days since it got there...
Tracking is: RC060651088MY
Please help -what i do now ?

It's probably stuck in customs, it's not unusual for things to get stuck in customs for a month or longer

It's almost 5 weeks, so it might be possible for the sender to get a refund from the postal service at their end. I keep thinking that more claims need to go in, as hopefully HMRC will get the bill from the postal operators. Hit them in the pocket.
BTW this item appears to have been posted in Malaysia, not China. The last two characters of the tracking number tell you this, see list here:
