Hi,
I'm trying to track my son's football kit which is coming from overseas. When I put the tracking number in Pos Malaysia is say's my parcel arrived at Langley HWDC on 29th October.
This was three weeks ago, my address is less than 55 miles away, why have three weeks passed and it still not arrived?
When I try putting the tracking number in the Royal Mail web site it say's the number is not recognised, my tracking number is RN109480222MY.
Can anyone advise, this was wanted for a birthday present on the 18th Sept, I now have one very upset little boy :-(

Re: Where's my parcel?
There is not much more that we can say beyond what has been said in other threads on this forum about delays at HM Customs: it's been a problem since August.
However, I would say that your distance to Heathrow doesn't make much difference to the issue, it's all about the customs process. And if the item was sent before 18/09 then the sender should be making a claim for the value of the goods from the Malaysian postal service and you should be claiming from the sender (if applicable).
