I ordered an item from UK to Finland for the fourth time this year but the tracking system looks weird to me know for the first time:
17/11/15 06:07 ITEM COLLECTED GLASGOW MAIL CENTRE
17/11/15 03:59 ARRIVED (MDN) AT HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
16/11/15 19:33 ON ITS WAY TOHEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC GLASGOW MAIL CENTRE
Why has it been sent back to Glasgow and what that 'ITEM COLLECTED' might mean?
It's tracked and signed.

I understand that sometimes the signet machines fail and then the info has to be scanned / typed in later. I wouldn't worry unless your item is not scanned again in the next 48 hours.
