Advice re missing US to UK parcel without tracking

Hi there,

I would appreciate any help or advice. Parcel sent fro US on 28th Sep with no tracking ( I know ). Managed to track it with customs form number on usps site and it tells me it arrived in uk on the 8th of October and has been delivered. I still have no package and I have checked with my local depot and they don't have anything. Here is the info from ISPs site

why would it have made it here but not get delivered, is there any chance it's still in customs (but why would it say it's been delivered?) is there any thing I can do to try to find out what's happened to it?

Can you please try the tracking number at http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and post the entries?

Your item was delivered in UNITED KINGDOM at 6:26 am on October 8, 2015.

We don't deliver anything at 6am, so there are 3 possibilities.

1. For some reason the scan is showing US times which are 6 hours behind us, but thats not what they usually do,
2. Its still going through Customs but for some reason the scan is showing as delivered - (This is the most likely scenario)
3. It has been misdelivered by another company. Possible but unlikely.

This indicates that there may be a fee to pay - is paisley your local DO>

I have the same exact problem. Did you ever get your parcel? And what did you do?

I think you are going to get a Grey Card soon, as the last active scan is one I got when there was a Customs Fee to pay.
