Hi
I have sent a package(recomended mail) to UK, I can trace it to the border. The package entered the border(customs) the 6 october 2015 and has not been registered at Royal mail yet, what is taking so long time(one week to get it cleared sounds long...).

delays in customs of upto 6 weeks are unfortunately not unheard of
