Any ideas where my signed for first class item is please?

Post by sholland »

Unusual for this to happen
Posted a 40g small packet first class signed for.
Recipient is chasing me as not received. He asked me to chase it up (!)
He has bought similar items twice before and no problems

This is what I get:

Status: We have your item

Item KP307607102GB was posted at Costcutter Conve PE11 4TA on 30/09/15 and is being progressed through our network for delivery.

Anyone able to find out more for us please?
Thanks,
sholland

Sorry but that isn't a tracked service. All you can see is when it went into the mail system, when it was delivered, and one or two unusual other happenings (e.g. item refused).
