Return to Sender not at address - Any cost to sender ?

Hi

For Business mail 1st or 2nd class franked or stamped with a 'If undelivered return to...' address -
Does the business pay a fee for getting mail returned or is this built into the postage cost already?
Thanks for any info you can give.

If the full postage was paid on the item there is no charge. However, if there was insufficient postage paid, and a charge was raised on it, you would be asked to pay that charge when it was returned to you.
