I have a parcel sent via Malaysia Post
Tracking number is SYL22850703MY
It say "Item arrived at London Heathrow" on 11 Sep 15
This is 2 weeks ago
Why is it stuck here?

standard answer no 1 applies in this case.
Having just checked Royal Mail tracking its not showing so its probably stuck in Customs.
Additional. Check with the receiver, they may have got it as not all MY tracked numbers work in Royal Mail, also if there is a customs charge they may have received a grey card.
