Hello

I am expecting an item which status has been "Now ready for delivery" since 4th Sept. Here are the full tracking details / points:

Shouldn't I have received it by now? Or am just worrying for nothing?

It depends what service they sent it by but normally yes - However as the Ready for delivery scan was before the Inward MC one (albeit at same office) I would contact Royal Mail direct to see what they say. Twitter handle is @royalmail

I did actually. They say the postie may have trouble finding the address which is unlikely since I have had dozens of items delivered at this address in the past (the last one no later than last week actually) :(

The service used is Royal Mail Tracked Signed For™

UPDATE: I went to the Mount Pleasant delivery office this morning. The person told me the parcel could not be located. It entered the building on Friday 4th Sept and should have gone out for delivery but did not for some reason.

I filed a complaint so he could start an internal investigation...
