Hi guys
i recently purchsed some games ect from a online retailer and they sent them out on the 21 aug using special delivery ... its now the 25th aug and theres still no tracking avalible on the royal mail website
for a service thats supposed to be "special" this is a absolute joke ... god help us with standard delivery of parcels ....
does the tracking service actually work ?

Are you sure the seller isn't telling you lies. If they used Royal Mail special delivery then there would be some sort of tracking info so that if something did go wrong it could be located. Get the tracking number.

It's the seller's legal responsibility to follow this up, not yours. They contracted to get it to you in a certain timescale, who they subcontracted that to is irrelevant from your point of view, start a claim.
Also, no tracking at all implies not posted yet, even a late item would have at least one scan if it had been posted.
