Hello i know this is NOT royal mail just hoping to get some info about 24hr tracked delivery my parcel has been at Sales Order Raised status since 4:41AM this morning i have now lost 2 days work due to this as i cannot go in tomorrow in-case my parcel actually arrives of course this would make a mockery of 24hr delivery by making it 48hr delivery...
Now back to my question what does Sales Order Raised actually mean?

It means that the sender has "purchased" the reference number and is preparing to dispatch the item to royal mail but as yet they have not handed it over to royal mail, when they do hand it over it should say something along line of "inward mail centre"

as you can see it WAS at Exeter mail center BEFORE the sales order raised was added to tracking info it also meas 24hr delivery is nothing but a money making scam by Royal Mail since it is going to be 48-72 hours BEFORE i get my parcel..guess i wont be using royal mail in the future..
