I have my parcel sent by International Signed mail and I have a tracking number. When I use it here
It says :
So I've been emailing with the support, they seem to be very amicable and they said that:Status: It's on its way
Your item, posted on 21/07/15 with reference RU**********GB has been received at our international mail centre and is being made ready for despatch overseas.
Does that mean my parcel's totally lost? Or maybe it is a common thing that happens from time to time?Thank you for your email about an item of mail you are expecting from the UK. Items sent via our International Signed service are usually tracked up to the point where they are dispatched from the UK but this does not appear to have happened on this occasion. Maybe you guys have come across similar situations or maybe you've experienced them yourselves...
