Surcharge to pay and the grey card has gone astray?
I don't know why RM don't add 4 new barcodes for:

* Surcharge To Pay
* Customs Fee To Pay
* Item In Hands Of Customs
* Item Released From Customs To Royal Mail

Having barcodes for them would improve the tracking for both RM and the senders and recipients

Just a update I got a new problem now. On the tracking It says It was Delivered at Bury Delivery Office. And somebody signed for It and not delivered at my home address. Here Is the tracking Information http://m.imgur.com/kA4B6Xb" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; And that signature Is not mine. Does anybody know what this means? Thanks.

EDIT: That's my family members signature and she forgot to give me my parcel. I got It just now and I am happy now :)
