Hello, Royal Mail workers.
I lost a parcel, which was sent from Russia on 22.04.15
Last record on a tracking system was a failed delivery attempt on 6.05.15.
We have not received a card from the postman, and they never tried to re-deliver, which is unusual.
Here is the parcel details:

Please, could you help me to find it? The parcel is from the bookshop Books.ru.I contacted the person responsible for international despatch, and she confirmed that the parcel has not come back, so, I suppose, it stuck somewhere our end.

If delivery was attempted then it might still be at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office. Take a passport, and do it quick...

We NEVER attempt a re-delivery without it being requested. It is only requested by the recipient following the instructions on the red P739 card. Since you didn't get a card they would be no reason to expect a re-delivery.schnabel wrote: and they never tried to re-deliver, which is unusual..
