stopping an international parcel
posted an ebay purchase yesterday only to realize posted the wrong parcel. is there any way of stopping it going abroad. i believe it has reached the international mail centre.

I believe that in extreme cases a court order could be used to intercept an item of mail while it's in the delivery network, but that's not really an option in your case. Once it's put in the system it cannot be stopped without breaking all sorts of laws. All you can do is contact all the relevant recipients and explain the mistake. Hopefully they'll understand the situation sympathetically.
