Hi,
I have been told by a customer that there parcel is lost and I need to make a claim. When I check the tracking info, it says it is held at the Croydon PDO. I have't been successful in speaking to someone at the Croydon PDO myself and only seem to get one word replies from my customer.
The tracking number is AU468958459GB, is there any light anyone here could shed on this.

It may be that your customer has gone down to collect it and they have advised them that they cannot locate it. It may have been misfiled on the shelf.
That seems most likely.

Seems you may be correct, further information from the customer shows that she has had the manager at the sorting office confirm no parcel is there, and strangely her postman also doesn't recall trying to deliver a parcel to her on that day.
