Are you the sender or recipient of the parcel?

Re: Lost at Heathrow - 'on way' to South Africa
going by the IP they are the recipient.
For the Customer - I would contact the sender and ask for a refund or for them to send it again. Under UK law the seller/semder has the responsibility to get it to you, they sub-contract that to RM and to be honest it looks like it was scanned twice at the Collectiing Mail Centre (1 in and 1 out) but there are no other scans, it looks like it never left Jubilee. It will be counted as official lost now because the time limit for that is 15 days from sending.

Re: Lost at Heathrow - 'on way' to South Africa
Thank you.
The sender is a family member. Do they have to go ahead and make a claim.
Being registered as officially lost at Jubilee - cant this not be still sent onto SA by this mail centre?
Thanks for your help and reply.

The sender has to make the claim. If the item is found it would be sent on, but it seems unlikely given the length of time.
