Hello - I wonder if someone might be able to help figure out what has happened to this package - I can't quite understand the tracking info:

01/07/15 14:01 ACCEPTED AT POL 11 London Road PO8 0BN
The item's delivery address is Northampton however it looks as though this has gone to the Warrington mail centre??
This is an order for one of my customers and they're asking me if it will arrive tomorrow (it was supposed to be there by 1pm today). Do you think it's likely it will come tomorrow, and if so, would it be before 1pm?
Any advice appreciated - my customer is rather anxious about this and keeps contacting me - I'm finding it difficult to get any information to tell her what's happening to her package :(

Yep, it looks like it went to the wrong mail centre, it should (hopefully) now show on the tracking as being recieved by South Midlands Mail Centre, if it does then it should be delivered today

and don't forget as it was RM's error and the Special has failed you can claim the full costs of delivery back. Thats part of the guarantee.
